ACC成长 (Guided Reflections on Work) is a career development program for on-campus employment. ACC成长 serves as an example of educational innovation, offering a transformative experience bridging the gap between academic learning and career goals. The program strategically integrates essential skills required for employment success and empowers students with the tools and resources to thrive in a competitive workforce.

All new student employees hired through the GROW program are required to complete New Hire Orientation before the first official workday.
